We are going to let it go. Let it go with this life lesson. It’s a good life lesson to adhere to and the sooner you learn to let it go, the better off you’ll be. There are different ways of letting it go, too. We’ll talk about that in a minute. First, you need to know one very important piece of this: you cannot control people, places, things – only your reaction to them. Once you realize this step, the rest should be easy.
Let it go, let it go.
If you find yourself in a situation where there is negativity of any kind, you must learn to let it go. The easy thing (believe it or not) is to stay. To continue with that negative energy. Rarely do we like change and even when we are in a sticky place, we are reluctant to leave. It’s a human condition.
What you need to know is that you have options. Not only do you not have to stay, but you are better off knowing that you can walk away. You can let it go.
The same can be said for those who wish to harm you, with words more than actions. You must decide how important the noise is and if you can live without it, don’t listen to it, let it go. If you can get to a place where those words do not matter, be there. It’s much better for your health: mind, body, and spirit. So let it go.
This life lesson #44 is important for you to remember in all your life. Whatever the situation, if you know it is harmful or disruptive in any way, knowing you can walk away, let it go, you will find a greater peace and may just discover that leaving wasn’t as difficult as you first thought it might be.
You are strong and brave and deserve to be happy. Take this path and stay the course. You don’t need unnecessary stress. Just let it go.
